Exchange/Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY. We will make every effort to assist you with your exchange or return request; however, the final decision lies within the manufacturer's policy.
- Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent to us without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
- Returns will only be accepted for unused and unassembled products in their original condition and packaging.
- For freight shipments, products must be kept in their delivered condition, including all packaging materials and pallets. Returns must be properly packed and palletized so that the carrier can safely pick up the shipment. Customers may be asked to provide photos showing the packaged condition before pickup is scheduled.
- Items that have been used or assembled cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Full refunds apply only if defective or incorrect products were delivered due to our mistake.
- Custom-made, clearance, and discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the error is on our part.
- Stains may appear different on certain browsers and colors may not be accurate and textures may not be properly visualized as a result of photographic, Internet & computer inaccuracies and many other factors beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product colors, textures and stains & grains you see displayed on this site are perfectly accurate. Furthermore, in natural wood products there is no offer of warranty when it comes to wood-grain or any effect it may cause in terms of pattern, texture, or color even with the receipt of a sample. We, unfortunately, have no control over natural wood grain. When you place an order, you are accepting the limitations inherent in not directly viewing samples. If you have not received samples, your approval of an order constitutes your waiver of any claim you may have due to dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures, stains & grains.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to authorized returns not due to our fault.
- A 50% restocking fee applies if a non-damaged shipment is refused upon delivery. The customer is responsible for both original and return shipping costs.
- All returned items are subject to inspection. If the returned product is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, a refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation Policy

- Orders canceled prior to processing can be canceled with no obligation.
- Order canceled during processing or after processing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. An order cannot be canceled if it's already being shipped.
- Custom products (special orders) cannot be canceled once processing.
